Returns Eligibility

• Our returns policy is applicable to all UK customers.
• Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
• Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging.

Returns Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer support team at bicycle@cambriantyresb2b.co.uk and provide your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if the return is eligible.
3. Package the item securely and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method to the address below.

Returns Shipping Costs

The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part. If you are eligible for a free return, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

Refunds and Processing Time

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 2 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the returns process and place a new order for the desired item separately.
